When Do You Need to Replace a Disposable Vape?

  • When no vapour is produced after drawing on the vape.
  • When the vapour becomes thinner and tasteless.
  • When the vape doesn’t warm up when you draw.
  • When the vape tastes bad, particularly burnt or metallic.
   

The Vape Has a Burnt Taste

Getting a burnt or charred taste when you use your vape? That means you’re out of vape juice. The vape battery may still work despite you finishing the E-Liquid tank, meaning that the kit is still powered and the atomizer is still getting hot, even though there’s no juice left. Instead, it will heat the wick, and if this is made from cotton, it will make a nasty burning taste. Disposable vapes can’t be refilled, so even if the power is still working, you will need to replace the whole kit to get more vape juice.    

The Vape Has a Metallic Flavour

If the wick in your vape kit is made from mesh or metal, then you’ll likely taste a metallic flavour when you puff if your E-Liquid is empty.    

Less Vapour or Less Flavour From The Disposable

As your disposable vape begins to run out of E-Liquid, it will start to produce less vapour, which will have less flavour. The puffs will be less satisfying, with smaller clouds that are mostly tasteless. This means it’s time to buy a new disposable vape to get a more satisfying flavour and vapour.    

The Disposable Vape Battery Is Dead

When you take a draw, and the disposable vape stays cold, then it is likely that your vape kit battery has died. A disposable vape cannot be recharged, so if the battery on your vape is dead, then you will need to replace it.
