To help you get the most out of your nzo vape, each device is fitted with an LED light on the device’s body. This light will help you keep track of the condition of your nzo pod system
In this guide, we outline what the individual lights on the nzo device stand for.
What Do The nzo Lights Mean?
When you activate the nzo device, a coloured LED in the ‘O’ on nzo will light up on the device’s body. What colour the LED light is will correspond with the device’s battery life as follows:
- Green - Your nzo device is fully charged
- Blue - Your nzo device has 50% or less battery
- Red - Your nzo device needs charging
Why is my nzo Flashing?
As well as keeping you informed on your device’s battery life, the LED in the nzo device may also light up and flash if there is a problem with the device.
Flashes Three Times
If the nzo light flashes three times and then turns off, it means the device’s built-in short circuit protection has been activated. This will happen when the atomiser in the nzo device short circuits. After the light flashes three times, the device will automatically and immediately halt all output to protect you and stop any further damage to your device.
Flashing Red Light
If the light on your nzo device is red and flashing, then it means your battery has entirely run out. The device will then stop working until it’s charged again.
To resolve this issue, plug in your nzo vape and leave it to charge. When the light on the device is green, it’s fully charged.
